We have received a number of player reports regarding the Bonus SP Pool registering as exhausted again, and are currently looking into this. Any compensation that might be offered for this lost time - lost boosters and SP as well as Decryptor keys - should be applied globally, and is currently discussed by the DEV Team, including the possibility of extending the event - please keep an eye on our Forum for any updates regarding this.

I'm suggesting a reasonable option, just giving keys wont keep players engaged in combat.
Some have luck, some have money, trading is not a crime.
