The frame ck.0 is superior in every way I believe, the balac isn't that great.

Movement speed, yes. Both have a base 40 h/s shield recharge. Balac's has +50 base shields over the Frame's. And it has a 5 high/4 low/2 equipment. Although the second light weapon is pretty sweet, don't get me wrong. They're both amazing in their own regard.

Almost the same in every aspect, except the amount of weaponry, equipment, and slots. I'm not sure on the delays on the Frame's....
