Or they're probably too busy trying to fix the problem to just spare 5 minutes posting such a message which... let's be honest here, there is no way that a "We're on the case buys!" message will alleviate any concerns. People will still take a dump on CCP.

I don't know about everyone else, but it's just frustrating when you feel like a major problem is being ignored. It's like when something is wrong with someone and they won't tell you what it is D:<
It doesn't matter if it takes 30 seconds to do. The message is not going to help. That's like expecting a prayer to give you results. To quote CCP during the 2011 Jita Riots (Google that): "Look at what they do, not what they [the players] say". I'm going to apply that same quote on them. I'm waiting for actual results, not a simple "we're working on it" message.

I tried that once. Never got my winning lottery ticket.
