There are severe issues with the WB, but the Officer Weapon Dispenser Module wanting components is not one of them.
A proper example would be the ridiculous 5% damage module and how many WB components that needs, and that you need at least level 3 to be competitive with anyone who has it.
100. 300 wbc for lvl 1 which makes it 200 per day.
To go from lvl 3 mobile factory (400 per day) to lvl 4 (500 per day) its 25,334 wbc or 75,000+ AUR.
Edit: 100k AUR is $50usd.

Edit: 100k AUR is $50usd. For less AUR expenditure you could have had 4 Factory 4 Lab, instead of 3 Factory, 5 Lab and the inability to keep up with manufacturing. To go from 4-5 Weapon Lab you spent about 300K AUR, not counting the cooldown cost which was another 315K AUR minimum.
Holy ****! that's way way way too much.
I don't have lab 5 tho, only 3. I'm 3,2,3,2,3 on subsystems.
