Throw it on any suit(except amarr assault because you are better off with the other suits because it falls 4th in hp to speed ratio......) and you are halfway OP, now press r1 when encountering resistance.... you are now officially OP your welcome...

There you go again, pubs pubs pubs is all you know, if you need me to explain - yes I pull out proto if it means getting the win because I have to carry the team or there is proto on the other team - I know I am not great if i protostomp in pubs because I know pub scores mean nothing unlike you, and my 30 fittings are clogged up with PC fits unlike you, you think pubs matter, but ultimately idgaf about lolpubs. People like you always show up on forums, the suit you use is always supposedly inferior to the rest and what everyone else uses is OP because it kills you, the ARR and CR are the counter to your suit; they are not anymore OP as the the ScR is against shield suits. The amarr assault was the best assault for the longest time and is only being contested now because their happens to be some sort of balance appearing. I have all 4 assaults and with no bias I can tell you that the amarr assault is just as easy mode as any other, in fact the amarr assault can fit a full proto fit, the cal assault can't - but your hp ratio fantasy will still tell you amarr assault is the UP rebel suit. Typical scrub. Edit: Mathematically, the ScR is more OP against shields than the CR/ARR is against armour - it's all I've ever been trying to point out with a solution that is a ScR buff of changing the damage profile to +15/-15. I have no reason to shed tears about the ScR, I have the suit and weapon and it's counters.

And I for one do think the ScR needs a profile change of 15/15 so I guess we can agree on that. Out of my 14 fits only 1 of them is proto because I don't need to spam proto like you to get a kill.
