Do you guys know honest that good games take time and the reason we aren't getting much is,guess the devs and ccp don't want to spoil the surprise. A bad or okay game takes less than a year
A good game should take 1 year and maybe 4 or 5 months.
Dust wasn't that good when it came out in 514 because it was too early.
Clearly they don't want to make that same mistake with making it too soon.

Da GAND stop tortureing yourself and move on. Legion is ice or in dev limbo for at least the next two years. Ccp is moving into the VR space they don't have time for it

Elite: Dangerous will soon have Multi-crew, space combat and seamless planetary landing, ground vehicles that can be supported by the space vehicles soon while performing raids on ground based outposts, whilst gathering resources to craft items with.

They just need to add a first person element after that and Frontier will have fulfilled CCP's dream of creating the ultimate SCI-FI Simulator along with Star Citizen....

you do realize that Dust 514 was first announced at fan fest 2008. With not much words about it till around 2010 right?

There was already a report several months ago that DUST was actually making CCP money. Why would CCP possibly chance cutting into that revenue stream with news (especially if far off) of a port?

The keyword I noticed was offerings. Offerings to me mean platforms; ie PS3, PC, etc. Admittedly, I could be reading too much into it. I think EVE Fanfest 2016 in Iceland will tell for sure but CCP is not the fastest moving software company where we might not get any confirmation of DUST's future in 2016 either. If anything, the Legion announcement thoroughly shows that CCP should only report on actual going projects instead of possible future projects. With somewhat recent CCP failings of new projects such as World of Darkness, CCP should know by now to stick with what is working (which DUST is) rather than starting from scratch which they would do if they moved forward with their initial Legion plans.

I think you are being a little shortsighted but then again it seems all you want to do is rant anyway.
