I'd probably care more about the Dust side achievements if they were actually achievements. We might get the odd game where Q-Syncs from both factions go up against one another but more often than not its one group of organised players shitting on disorganised players in a series of skirmish matches with no specific context, or tangible end game result we can see and understand.

Pardon me if I think conflicts in EVE with their locality, comparatively greater significance, and agency are more worth my time.

nothing in eve effects us dust players, and by the looks of things nothing in dust effects those eve players (since us owning majority of the planets doesnt seem to do a whole lot in reguards to sov)

EvE is great and all (i played exploration and some FW myself) but the two games really arnt actually conneccted in any way other than fluff and the occasional orbital.

Indeed and its a shame. Dust's FW is no longer as regularly competitive as it used to be. At least from what I remember when I played it. We never aligned with your syncs and I never saw full corp squads on the other team like we did back before LP and that bullshit. Nor does it have agency or context which would make the matches anything more than pub skirmishes with the occasional non WP OB. Because spaceships can't normally enter the rivers (atmosphere) of those worlds without 'sploding, that means that the amarr are stuck at sea and must continually send landing forces to try to wrench the grip from the firmly entrenched minmatar from the planets. Logistics isn't an issue for the land forces - they draw on the materials of the whole damn district. Omni-Soldier Few are my equal in these specialties, none compare in all of them
