amaar own space (becuase dust mercs cant claim systems :P) but minmatar own the majority of the planets....
thats right you have minmatar squatters on all your precious amaar worlds and you cant get rid of us :P i call that a win

It's not like achieving something in Dust is meaningful. Dust is about winning quantity of battles rather than specifically important ones while district ownership illustrates the nature of districts that are being won and lost on random planets in random systems in random regions on 20 minute cycles.
That's not to say the Minmatar aren't winning. They clearly are winning the bulk of battles...... but none of the battles themselves having meaning.
It's not like for example.
I know you and you FW buddies have X assets in Tzvi or Lamaa and alongside EVE pilots you are all pushing down through Amarrian space planet to planet, system to system making significant and meaningful gains. Amarr responds by hunkering down on two planets in Arzad and alonside EVE pilots puts up a defence of the system and well all have a massive series of battles as EVE pilots plex the system and we try to win control of it for our side.
We're all too busy thinking of FW as completely sperate entities. Minmatar don't want to talk about EVE side because they we're thrashed both when they put up fights and after they gave up and neither do the Amarr want to talk about Dust because we simply can't keep up.
I'd probably care more about the Dust side achievements if they were actually achievements. We might get the odd game where Q-Syncs from both factions go up against one another but more often than not its one group of organised players shitting on disorganised players in a series of skirmish matches with no specific context, or tangible end game result we can see and understand.
Pardon me if I think conflicts in EVE with their locality, comparatively greater significance, and agency are more worth my time.
the problem is that this isnt eve....
nothing in eve effects us dust players, and by the looks of things nothing in dust effects those eve players (since us owning majority of the planets doesnt seem to do a whole lot in reguards to sov)
soooo two different worlds brought together by some ******* in the sky occasionally raining down warbarge strikes on a timer for LP
EvE is great and all (i played exploration and some FW myself) but the two games really arnt actually conneccted in any way other than fluff and the occasional orbital.
