Are they for making new weapons?
Can you make war barge components out of them?
Are they used to construct BPOs?
The possibilities are endless!

The intent is threefold, 1 of which applies now:
1) Sell directly for ISK, the value of some of the "scrap" is in the 100k's
Future
2) Reprocess into Nanites for simple crafting and other possible uses
3) Use directly in simple crafting process
For now, you can sell or collect them
