I was so excited at the prospect of getting a full Quafe fit too, the Plasma Cannon and Nova Knives on my Min scout could have been so much fun. Now that hope is just a sad reminder that I still have gambling problems. Plenty of Officer Gear though... and 3 Frame CK-0's... which I can't use... Sighs I want to punch.

If stuff for existing stuff is getting screwed up, if other patch stuff is missing... I'd just assume this part of the patch is currently borked too and didn't make it like the other things. Plus, the odds ever getting what you want (much less a specific rare things you want) are infinitesimally small. I might want a Tash-Murkon Scout or Assault or some such, but the odds of me ever seeing one even if the content were implemented and I had thousands of strongboxes? Terribad - like the lottery. Mathematically you have practically no chance even grinding daily for months. Content that's locked behind what's practically a lottery is no content at all. The Dren Swarm fiasco.

They should be in the FW loyalty stores for LP+ISK really, with a chance to get them from a strongbox if you're lucky. I am now of the belief that strongbox-only items are BS without some form of key crafting that doesn't require AUR, as the chance of getting one is so incredibly slim, as evidenced by the guy who opened 256 boxes today.
