When you look at the definition of the word, they shouldn't even have more then a side arm. You shouldn't even really be getting kills or using it as a slayer. So if you drop the ability to use remotes and can only carry a side arm, I'll agree to what ever other terms you wish to purpose for recon or supportive roles to a team.
