I just posted about this issue as it is highly relevant to sniper abilities. My OP is hereSamantha Hunyz wrote: 4) Bad lighting and Sounds
B) All of the smoke haze effects prevent rendering severely. Unless my scope is actually on a player, no chevrons no bodies appear. You can see why this is bad I would have to assume. Every other match this makes any full time sniper sit on their useless hands.
These moods are bad for rendering, and affect many play styles. piloting dropships feels like everything is slowed down, and aiming from any distance is cumbersome. These moods just need to be removed.
When I look down my scope, all I see are dead people.

The issue is that they induce more issues to already hard to use weapons types, as well as vehicle. This reduces efficiency to levels of non- viability which reduces the fight your own way any mentality that drives this game. They do look sweet tho.

It's one thing to "play your way" by choosing your weapons and equipment is certainly cool but you have to accept in Dust you are a merc you take public contracts from employers. You don't get to choose where you fight, they tell you where they need you and you go there. Most map and sockets only require either a CRU hacked or decent placed uplinks as is to render long range combat null. This already happens at least (lol.pulling number out of my rear for dramatic effect) 95% of the time. Add any mood onto this and you are basically just afking.
