You guys remember the trick:
Melee, Hold R1, watch your ammo count deplete by two, melee again whilst still holding R1, and watch another 2 rounds shoot off
I'm not sure if it's still possible since I have long specced out of MDs, but this got me wondering. Could this be pulled off using the Officer's PLC? O.o
Someone.... please test it out. |

Just checked, still works. Also, there's a militia version of the MD.
And man, that experimental MD is going to be a real ***** if they don't fix that ****.
Why does everyone ignore the point?

I don't have a character that's skilled into the officer PLC so I can't try it with that. However you got me curious to try it with Aldin's FG (which for those that don't know, it's the fastest AFG) and as I figured, it didn't work. However the charge on Kubo's PLC is considerably faster so it might work but I don't think it will.
But man, can you imagine the tears from Spkr if it did. Imagine the glorious golden dams the Amarr would build just to contain it.
Edit: Now that I think about it, I'll ask Whitsy to check it out. He loves him some PLC.
Why does everyone ignore the point?

The Kubo's doesn't need it. It's already fast as it is. You don't need to charge it to fire it the second time. It's RoF is similar to the Vanilla Rail Rifle. |

Sure, it may may not need it, but think of how much damage a GalMando could dish out with a pair of Kubo's PLCs. If two shots would be the equivalent one, a player could fire 4 shots in a fraction of the time of someone who would try to fire normally. Tanks wouldn't even have a chance and the PLC could be heralded as a better anti-tank weapon than say the FG.
In all, I just want to know if it's possible because it if is... GG. |

Actually, no, because those two shots would have to be reloaded. Unless, you meant that one shot has the damage of two? If so, then yeah. Just a tad bit over powered lol I'm going to test this out tomorrow. |

pretty much any single shot weapon that requires no charge up you can do this glitch, shotguns, scrambler pistol, MD and other weapons like that |
