Any decent corps for a player that can't talk?

I've been playing since the day open beta started. Every decent corp i've tried joining has said that a mic is required. I have about 10 million sp and cores maxed out. Im pretty effective. Just need guiding on fittings/fotm. started playing again in November. Just call me OG.
