The NPE does need to be looked at though, don't think you'll hear any arguments there, but expecting players to go easy on newbies is going to leave you disappointed every time.

I point something out and you call my opinion a cancer? Sheesh. And it's kind of difficult to graduate to PC when, well... Points to corp, or rather, lack thereof Solo player, and the type who usually hacks CRU's instead of camping them. Little kids also shouldn't be playing this game if they're that young, though I suppose there aren't many people that actually hold the rating in mind when letting their kids play games. Quite frankly though, I'd rather the new blood didn't consist of people too young to hold the controller. I mean, if that's what you want, then fine, but... perhaps CoD would fit the tastes better if your desired newblood are that young. Sighs You're right though, sarcasm aside. A large portion of the community does little to help the newbies, the matchmaking screws them over just as much, and most players would rather stomp them than get a good fight. Those kinds of games are boring for me though, thus why I don't usually play with a squad. Hopefully future updates fix these things, but with the small playerbase, it's unlikely. I want to punch.

CCP Has kind left these players to get slaughtered like this through nearly 3 years of us telling them about it. Welcome to the current state of DUST. Not alot of players make it out of the meat grinder.

MAG had it so that when you spawned there were closed off buildings, that and small mobile buildings that you could look around with before you spawn into a deathtrap. As for 'smart deploys' it's pretty similar in dust as is is to most other games, however most other games have better matchmaking so the spawn camping situations don't tend to happen as often. When there are balanced teams then it's more likely that the losing team can pull something off.
