I just played a faction where 8 of our 16 players went 0/0 and had 0 wp. No only did they not try, but I literally lost like 400k isk fighting and getting over 2000 wp and in the end they got paid the same as me. What type of broken bullsh*t system is this. For fks sake, this is why people AFK. You reward them for no reason, especially in FW.
Why should I not join them AFKing? Why? If we get paid the same, there is no incentive for me to even give a dam/try whether winning or losing. When losing you might as well just quit. The 200LP I make from losing is equivalent to freking 60-70k isk maybe even less.
God forbid, this game is about as fun as a pet rock.

Then i'll lose standings and get kicked. Not only that,they have some respawn button bull crap that they keep spawning in with.

The payments are not the same. You made probably 3 times the isk and sp. They cap out probably 3 times slower than you too. They are just cowards who don't want to play the game. Get a squad, enough said, otherwise none of this butt hurt you are spewing matters. Your squad you can control, public contract blueberries not so much. |

Remove factional warfare as an option until Mercs graduate the academy. Then set the default to the race they chose.

Nothing pisses me off more than some blueberry that thinks he knows more than a veteran.
What's even worse is that he has no idea what the **** we are talking about.
But yeah. I agree that you lose it should be more performanced based like commision instead of the payment for when you win.
You won't get anywhere near what you would have gotten had you'd won but you aren't left out in the cold while the blueberries didn't do jack ****.
I would have it divided by WP and kills and have it be a pool of LP for the losing team. The ones with the better WP and kills get a bigger portion of the pool while the scrubs don't get ****. If everyone does a decent job for the most part it would come out to a decent small compensation for trying but again, should be nowhere near winning numbers.... at least not until level 7+
