Quote:Reload while sprinting This is either the best or the worst idea ever. It would be a massive buff to scouts and Minmatar in general. Now I wish there were racial traits. Reloading while sprinting for Minmatar, but longer reloads on combat rifles, would be interesting. It would fit the hit and run mentality far more than the almost instant reload time that is currently in place.
Quote:Logis, fitting bonus to equipment and sidearms, scouts to cloaks and sidearms, assault to light, side and grenades, heavies to heavy weapons I can totally see scouts running around with dual sidearms. This sounds like it would affect the dynamics of the battlefield in interesting ways. Having less people use light weapon primaries would spice things up.
Just from reading about a fifth of the list, I love much of the stuff. Trust in Rattatti: Level up |

PLS! What is TF2 sniper like? No swaying when you scope and you don't have to be crouching to get it to stop swaying. It should be more like counter strike where moving adds dispersion, but it's not going to move the scope. As for crouching I always thought the movement speed was way too slow and it would be cool if it lowered your profile a bit. It would be fun if crouching gave a weak cloaking effect, to simulate the lower visual profile that this would normally grant. Fun for ambushes.
So TF2 snipers are like UT2k4 lightning guns, but with scope?
Also, Rattati apparently thinks about having equipment resupply through nanites. ******* finally. Though I guess it would be broken if equipment could create equipment, especially if nanite costs of equipment is high. Grenades already insta-kill nanohives that would be far more useful for the players whose guns actually don't have any ammo anymore. The most important thing would be for supply centers to finally replenish equipment.
If even 20% of that list came true, I'd be quite happy. |

Moving players from the 48 NPC stations to 4 dedicated stations by race choice might also be helpful for energizing local chat. I can just imagine some of you moving to Jita to troll people... Suddenly the mercs become much more of a presence. |

Only the ones with a "paragraphs" symbol have writing. You will notice them. There's about two or three of them on the entire board. |

If it's done correctly, we could have a Crysis-like experience for high level players. Momentary boosts of power that have to be controlled properly in order to make the most out of them. Imagine active myofibrills that add melee damage and lots of jumping power. The Sentinel jumps over a wall, fists a few guys and then starts shooting his HMG. Hell, such a module would basically be an equivalent to jump jets. However, the clumsy equipment wheel might be an issue there, as well as the fact that all pieces of equipment run on separate energy supplies. |
