Thank you for letting me know but I knew already there are no plans to further the linkage because Dust is a PS3 exclusive, hence why it will be rebranded when Legion hits. This was presented as feedback not to ask for a when. I fully expect another year to pass with Dust well going to dust. The majority of my corp seems to be enjoying the PS4 much more than their PS3s and its not just my corp that has this issue alone.

There needs to be a reason to make Eve players care about this game or it will never gain traction on the Computer when the transition happens.

Well if we were able to trade items isk and contracts that could change very rapidly, and besides, whats wrong with hanging around the Quafe machine waiting for someone to shank someone else? We do it in eve all the time and I have been known to do it on the battlefield in the past also. This would just be a different venue.
