The packed RE failed to do any damage to the stationary vehicle after three attempts in different locations. Also, the standard tier packed RE still costs fifteen thousand isk instead of one thousand five hundred like it should I honestly don't know what its going to take to fix them. I don't really know how the game engine works. All I can suggest is that at one point in the past, AV grenades only had 100 or so hp of damage listed, but did ten times that amount to vehicles. Maybe it needs a large radius to work. Maybe you can screw with the vehicle resistance profiles so that it does much more damage to vehicles but less than a militia locus nade to infantry. I really want to use these things but they're still as broken as they were when they were first introduced I can totally understand if you need to put them on the backburner while dealing with the deployment of Warlords. Maybe it would be more convenient to take care of them while working on the upcoming vehicle overhaul. Just don't forget them
