Try 1 DMG mod, 2 extenders and a reactive/FS/basic plate(I know plates don't go with the Caldari playstyle but at STD you really could use the extra tank) You could skip the Dmg mod and put another extender but that depends on your playstyle. A complex reg will give you shields back in 3 seconds, depleted delay at 4. A basic energizer is also better for this suit, as it saves you a boatload of cpu, and still gives you 40+ hp/s. EDIT: You may not be able to fit this exact fit, I have totally maxed core skills, and my light weapon operation is a 5, my assault rifle fitting optimization is also a 5. Only have cal assault 2 though On the low slots im confuse cause there no energizer on low slots ?
