Warbarges as present in 1.0 are kinda the base of the platform to build on. I'd say Warlords as an expansion is the sum of it's releases. There is a lot more coming. The PC stuff is important to take our time with because as the feedback area has shown, it's a contentious topic that needs time to collect feedback and get it right. There's some exciting crud coming.

I think the increased salvage this release is not-strongbox-like salvage.

PC changes will likely be in the next release, as they're still handling player feedback on them.
The tanks are a hotfixable thing, and were not intended for Warlords 1.0, but rather a hotfix. I am guessing the hotfix may be before Warlords 1.1, but we haven't talked timing with CCP on that.

For people trying to guess dev numbers from named suits, bear in mind that there have always been a number of devs in Shanghai that have never posted on the forums, and hence who have names that are not public, hence do not have named suits. And of course, as other players pointed out, some named suits may be named after devs no longer working on DUST as well. Unfortunately, suits will not give you any realistic answer about the size of the dev team.

Go talk to CCP and tell them to drop the warbarges until it is a corporate ship used to transport mercs in Eve where one of our pilots controls them. Then tell them to scrap the Free-to-play model and port in to Legion and put the characters on the same subscription model as Eve. Oh and by-the-way, this sucks. I will reserve my stronger wording of my opinion on this matter for my bathroom.
No. :)

By the use of "our" there, I did mean CCP, the CPM, and the playerbase as a sum whole feedback and revision process. Planetary Conquest revamp work cannot be done in a vacuum by CCP. It was important for CCP to get the plan out the door and for players to have a lot of time to make and push changes to it.
