I think it depends on the player, but overall yes, this suit is on my list of 4 recommended APEX suits. Having a quick, and free way to get uplinks on the field is a nice thing for every player to have in their back pocket. Since I'm not specced into the suit, or it's weapons, this suit is a fun way for me to try those things out.
On the other side of things, a players who has already constructed their own perfect version of a speedy uplink suit may not find this as useful.
