Voice comms restoration can sometimes be achieved by deleting the saved settings file/folder for Dust from the PS XMB, versus deleting and re-installing the entire game program.
Having said that, though, I understand that a fresh install of the game client may also improve overall performance. If you do that, ensure that the saved settings file/folder is deleted as well.
Of course, you will have to go into the settings menu and restore all of your presets (things like audio settings, controller set ups, sensitivities, etc.).

destiny lasted 2 months for me because the pvp is just cod with glitter and costumes
