Those of us that are specced into vehicles.I'd like to take my 16 mil out of ADS and put it into tanks or the logi ds. So bored of ADS.
Proud owner of 4 proto commandos and 3 proto sentinels. All except amarr sent, its a beginner heavy tbh.:p

The only SP investment that would change is the Assault Dropship skill Tree, and maybe small turrets if you were so inclined not to use them on the tank. You want a respec out of HP, Reps,Plates, shields, fittings, propulsion to spec right back into the same HP, reps plates, shields, fittings.... its amost like you want to divert a good chunk of SP back into infantry--- Ah, i see what you did there. Got 4 accounts , heavy/logi/commando, Assault dropships, sniper, and this 1 is my scout.

But one dose not deserve a respec because ccp brought out new/old toys that you want. Or one is bored/sucks.
There are some smart mercs that SAVE sp. I have 4m+ sp waiting to go into whatever. I have a mil saved , but so much new stuff. It's like 1.8 all over again for pilots.

Swarms won't get a flat 10% damage bonus from the Warbarge but there will be a SL version available from the Warbarge that does have that 10% bonus among other things. Also the will be the "Augmented Ammunition's Facility" which will give a 1% per level bonus to your primary weapon -- Experimental Swarm Launcher. +10% Damage, +1 Clip, +3 Ammo, -10% Reload Speed. (from this blog) Admittedly though I don't blame Spkr for being afraid of that monster. The militia ones violate Spkr on a regular basis almost as badly as Rattati in that entirely fictional story posted on here the other day. In 1.8 dropsuit command was respecced because of new content. All the new variants and logi vehicles why not give a respec to pilots?

The vehicle tree already got its respec and I put what I got back into it. Spkr4theDead wrote: Why do infantry need a swarm that does even more damage? They already do insane damage.
I'm not arguing for it and personally don't think the experimental weapons are a good idea to begin with; but the way you put it made it sound like all swarms were getting a 10% damage buff. Edit: In fact you were explicit about it when you brought up darkside swarms. Infantry got a respec because of added content, we got 1 because of removed content. Now Ccp is adding the content back in a couple years later and no respec should be given , that's ridiculous. So what if pilots get 1 more respec than infantry.

Experimental Laboratory granting exclusive Experimental Gear. Stats listed in comparison to their prototype version: -- Experimental Swarm Launcher. +10% Damage, +1 Clip, +3 Ammo, -10% Reload Speed. So this would mean that prototye swarms will get a 10% bonus an extra clip 3 more ammo and 10% reload speed reduction. I think that's something to worry about. Its actually stronger that the officer swarm launcher but lacking in range 175m instead of 200m and target lock speed 1.4s instead of 1.2. With it also being a primary weapon does it get a 1% after war barge level 4? Well see how rare these swarm launchers are. What I'm confused about is the damage bonus from the warbage, not sure if that'll be another 5 or 10% on top of that, pretty ridiculous seeing how dmg mods were nerfed because of ttk issues. I'm guessing it will be a pay to win thing, and it'll be horendously long to level up.
