I don't ever plan to use a rail rifle, but the fitting bonus to weapons is nice. Currently trying it as a pure shield tank. Thoughts? Do not spec it just for the bpo you don't even use the RR, it'd be a waste of sp. But if you don't have shields maxed then I'd do that. However, if you meet ANY anti-shield dude with prof 3 in their weapons, run.

Good umm I know people like to run the breach on it but the cbr on a suit other than min needs dmg mods.. But maybe it'd be good, I have all rifles maxed so it's hard to tell if it's good or if it's the pro 5 lol. Removed inappropriate content - CCP Logibro

But if you never played the RR try it first...in my opinion its kinda sad spending 3 mill SP on a suit for a bonus and to NOT to use it because you put another weappon on it.... I maxed shields extenderds and rechargers to 5 along with the RR level 5 and Caldari 5 . The rr can melt any dropsuit if used correctly. MAG Raven vet 7 times. Favorite weapon F90 and Highest Kills 78 and 23 deaths.

I skilled into it cuz I have like 3m+ unallocated sp and it would be my 1st assault. the end of the day if your core skills are at 5 your good. Now 100k aurum to spend... Core 5 Gal scout. Lv5 Amr sentinel lv5 (want 1 bpo for this) cal assault Lv3 (0 into rr but slots for days)

Might have to swap out the K-2 for an advanced scanner. I'll be trying these out with the cbr and acbr later today, but I'm a Logi, and killing ain't my thang. Prolly end in disaster. Amr sentinel lv5 (1344 makes all the logis crazy) Covenant bpp.. cal assault Lv3 (0 into rr but slots for days) Yeah, I skilled into Gal Scout Lv3 so I could make my Dragonfly actually useful. It's the perfect link runner and annoying sniper fit. The C-I though, I see no reason to spec into it. I can fit it exactly how I like with zero skills into it. What difference do you see with Lv3? I spam this fit in ambush mostly, where the active scanner can buy you that forsight i spoke about. Not sure about switching out the dmg mod for another shield. Reason being: if i can't survive at this level what good would an extra 55 hp do? Still don't understand why shield extenders decrease movement speed. Now hook me up with another like so i can hit triple six! Have you considered a career in costumed aggression?
