Pudding full of proof.
Guy tried to weasel out of it, by saying he never claimed he was working on his "own" artwork.
As an artist something like this makes me furious.
Hell, I tell people exactly what inspired a piece of artwork, and have readily available any references I used in creating it.
The guy has continued denying it, but his intent was very clear.
So what do you guys do when you catch a thief?

at no time have I ever said in the OP discussion of an off forum website ie:Facebook - Grouo reference - DUST 514 Most active players
or in my oriinating post there that I owned or had any rights to the ownership of the original image, I will reinstate this again because your b#tch arse didnt seem to notice.
At no time have I or will I claim ownership or any rights to the ownership of the original image.

What I did do was edit over 98% of the original image, as awork in progress fan art piece with the intent to gain feedback about what more needed to be changed, again I stated this in the off forumn site originating OP.

The instant any image is posted to Facebook it becomes opensource public property, no mater the uploaders location, the host location or the originating image location, international laws do NOT apply.

In retrospect I should have asked him how long it took him to work on it and about how he achieved specific details.
So what happened was that this guy posts this art.
He says verbatim
"Just a DUST 514 fan art piece I've been working on...

Pure Evil."
I check out his profile to see any more of his art, because that was a pretty amazing piece.
There is zero art work on his page, no signs of art school, no sign that this guy is an artist.
I get curious.
I decide to google the image he claims to have been working on and it takes me to the original piece of concept art made for the film Oblivion.
Artist work their asses off. They train, practice, learn, and practice some more. It's not easy. No one is born an artist. They work for it.
It reminds me of those guys that wear military outfits, the stolen valor scumbags.
Artists know the sacrifices they made to get where they're at. Watching someone else claim it makes me furious.

Please provide evidence of where I at any stage state that I owned the image that I posted, or ha dany rights to that image.
Please provide evidence of where I at any stage state that I owned the originating image that I used as a source for edit.
Other than thay the rest is either your presumption of my intent, presumtion of audiences credit or your own personal OUT OF GAME opinions, which I really don't give two fluxs about.

Lol, CCP needs all the exposure they can get. They're actually to the point of, "Please, steal our game and hand it out to people".
I fully expect them to make EVE free to play after Valkyrie and Legion fail.
