That thing is impossible to see and you have to be extremely accurate with it at long range making it hard to hit targets added in with the fact the zoom is bad.

disagree, the old dot made it hard to even be sure if you were over the head of distant targets or not, new dot is much better imo :( |

I like the new dot, Vesta is right about head shots being easier now. And a larger dot does not increase the hit area, it's purely aesthetic. |

Why even play the game if you are going to snipe? You are totally useless in battle and only protect your KDR adding nothing but a few kills here and there. Grab a weapon and get into the battle.

Why even post in a thread on a forum with other live people if you think you can tell them the "right" way to play? You are totally useless in discussion and only protect your singular, cannon-fodder style of play, adding nothing but close-minded ignorance. Grab an RTS game, where you control everything, and don't have to worry about independent people playing the way they want. |

I want the old old dot. The tac can keep its dot but I want the one we used to have, not it seems like the bullet is the size of a grain of sand, even if you miss target by 1/10 of a mm you miss entirely. Also, not to mention the fact that I often lose that tiny thing.

My eyesight sucks, so it's really hard to see it properly, especially when it's so similar in colour to the background at times!
I'd love a dot which was between the old dot and new dot in size (and nothing like the tactical one!) |

except i can outslay you with a SR bigole lol. and a SR is a weapon last i checked.

I personally like the new Tac SR circle better than the old dot, but I feel like they should tighten up the Tac SRs circle a little bit.
PSA: Tell players to terminate in order to access mCRUs.

Doesn't matter how much you have to offer him. It's not really that we're not useful, it's that he's annoyed he can't strafe-spam up and mow us down with his CR/ScR/AR/RR. That's everyone's actual, honest issue with snipers. |

of course. meanwhile im enjoying sniping in the PS2 Closed Beta. Have it on PC but i prefer using a controller.

Personally I liked having cross-hairs with the tiny dot we have now in the centre, the current reticule sucks for shooting anything on a lighter background because you lose it 3/4 of the time. That said if the dot were coloured green or blue (some bright shade) and changed to red when on target it would be easier to see. Oh and yes the zoom feels like I am playing Duck hunt on the NES

The current off light yellow dot blends into to many backgrounds on this game. Bright neon green please.
