When I do, I write the name down. I add them to my contact list and I wait. I see their weekly stats rise. Their K/D might increase 0.05 or their warpoint count jumps up suddenly. They might have discovered the weapon or dropsuit that perfectly fits their playstyle. Maybe they found their calling as a logistic player. I look for advancement. Progression. Investment. A month or two has gone by at this point. If the F2P payment model is working, they have probably bought AUR at this point. They have invested time AND money. LOL You are just giving them a free name change. Once they receive their prison id they are able to submit a ticket and have that changed to a new name. This is the one and only way you can get a name change in New Eden.
Haven't you ever wondered why you never see prison ids?

Just as a PSA, having all your friends report your name will NOT get you a free name change. CCP is smart to that trick.

No but I do know people that have experienced this as well as taken part in threads where GMs discussed this specifically.
Also I can not say for sure but I believe intentionally misquoting people is grounds for a forum ban. That quote is from dy5topia and I have reported you just in case I am remembering that rule right.

No not at all.
What is trolling is attempting to use those rules to attempt to ruin people time in the game by not reporting them unless they actually stick around and move up the ranks. What is also trolling is attempting to come on the forums and brag about the fact that you do just that.
OP is merely attempting to incite people for absolutely no reason which is absolutely trolling. As I stated before he is merely making people that actual find a name offensive look bad because they are being related to this kind of stupidity.
@OP Yes I do love feeding trolls from time to time. You really have not stated any cause tho so if you want to get people behind it you should probably get posting.
