I just love how all of these people like to pretend like they can do whatever they want just because its a video game. guess what? you cant. just because you think its okay to lower your moral standards doesn't mean jack. keep your sexual and vulgar nonsense to yourself and we wont have any problems. Pretend like you have a right to act like a disgusting animal and you will be treated accordingly. I have not played this game in a while but I think I will start playing it again so I can help the op with these man children who think they can do what they want. have a nasty name or act nasty and your getting reported simple as that. stop pretending like you can do and act however you please because in the end we all know you cant  . |

That part isn't quite true, in fact a federal judge just ruled that it's perfectly legal to flip off a cop. If that doesn't show how false the bold'ed statement is then nothing does. The ToS is just there in case they need to cover their ass from some random law that can be vaguely interpreted into something that allows for a lawsuit to happen.

That's because inside of a courtroom judges are free to do as they will until there's a law or ruling against it (and the only way they can ignore it is if the ruling is from a lower judge).
In a world that says being nasty and disgusting is ok someone has stand against it. As I said before the mentality of "mind your own business" and "I can flip the bird at whoever I want" leads to the eventual next step which is being a rebel, criminal, or blight on society as a whole. |
