That part isn't quite true, in fact a federal judge just ruled that it's perfectly legal to flip off a cop. If that doesn't show how false the bold'ed statement is then nothing does.
Of course private organizations aren't bound by the same laws as government organizations so they can get away with not allowing free speech and the like because we have no rights here regardless of whether or not we signed anything. The ToS is just there in case they need to cover their ass from some random law that can be vaguely interpreted into something that allows for a lawsuit to happen.

That's because inside of a courtroom judges are free to do as they will until there's a law or ruling against it (and the only way they can ignore it is if the ruling is from a lower judge).

In a world that says being nasty and disgusting is ok someone has stand against it. As I said before the mentality of "mind your own business" and "I can flip the bird at whoever I want" leads to the eventual next step which is being a rebel, criminal, or blight on society as a whole.
As Nano pointed out that's an awfully slippery slope, hell reminds me of how when a negro puffs on a marjiuanas he gets bold enough to step on a white man's shadow. In other words it's just straight up asinine.

You must have missed the part where you don't have any rights here. The only reason CCP does anything about anything that is reported is to cover their own ass just in case, they don't give a damn about your sensibility, otherwise they wouldn't create such a vulgar video (which was the point I was making by linking it here).

The fact is, they change them if they are vulgar, racist, or sexist. The video you linked is optional, by the way. I don't HAVE to view it if I don't want to. I am forced to look at offensive names if I join a match with someone that has one. I could leave the match, but as I have already pointed out, why should I have to leave a match because someone else is doing something wrong?
I'm not speaking for CCP, I'm speaking of their actions. They aren't changing vulgar, racist, or sexist names; they're changing reported names. If the names weren't reported CCP wouldn't do a damn thing about them.
You don't have to look at the names because just as easy as you can look at them, you can look away from them and just as easily as you can choose to not click that link. Or do you not have control over your own eyes?
