Your 'right' to 'express yourself' does not take precedent over the rights of those who choose to be free from vulgar or inappropriate behaviour - if you swear up a storm in chat they can mute or block you, but they cant change your name. In fact, you have actively signed this right away twice, once on PSN terms of use and once on the Dust 514 terms of use.
