I just love how all of these people like to pretend like they can do whatever they want just because its a video game. guess what? you cant. just because you think its okay to lower your moral standards doesn't mean jack. keep your sexual and vulgar nonsense to yourself and we wont have any problems. Karma. "What goes around comes around", eh? Strangely enough, that is exactly what is happening to those who use obscene or offensive names.

They create a name, knowing full well it is offensive, but they do it anyway. They are then reported, and required to change their name. They got what they deserved.

I track them to ensure the name change has an effect.

Supposed I report HitlerDidNothingWrong MurderDick92 for his name immediately. He only has a million or SP and hasn't done much if anything in game. Nothing was learned by the name change. He starts a new character: HitlerDidNothingWtong MurderDick93 and starts over because who cares about a million SP.

By waiting to report them I am ensuring they will keep their new name and not remake an equally terrible name in a heartbeat.

All you are doing is creating more work for the GM's, but if that is your goal so be it.

If that were true my support tickets would not require a name change. The GM would politely tell me that the name is not considered offensive, and the player would not suffer any negative ramifications.

Actually they don't tell you crap, all they tell you as that they will look into the matter and if action needs to be taken they will take it. They also state in their response back to you for you to keep quiet about it...which means no talking about it in the forums! A clear violation of the T&C's!!
