As to the spread, if I'm reading the chart I have correctly, a planets default district timers are spread over a certain TZ allowing a corp to reasonably hold a planet. As to systems I'm not sure but I'd expect planets in the same system to be in adjacent TZ's to allow for overlap.

It's funny that CCP has to step in and take their districts because no one in the game will. What if this happened in Eve. They would burn Juda or whatever the hell it is I am sure

If you think NS took the land on their own then you are a fool. They used entire community at one time or another to expand their territory and even to defend their land. In the end all the districts did was sit there unused. The outcome isn't set in stone, but as long as Nyain San tries to simply ignore the situation then it will be.

How many pc have you been in? You understand NS took almost all their districts by attacking timers unfair to them and switch them to their prime time? You also understand that downtime takes aways timers from Asian corps?
He has never been in PC aside from a few matches I'd say MMG. That is why he is working so hard to try and make changes to it,
Basically abusing his seat on the CPM, ignoring facts and just out for his own agenda.
