I love it as well, although the vX.1 Dragon scout also adds some entertainment value. Like when you're at a dead end with a proto Amarr Sentinal a.ko and you just blow your REs as he comes through the door.

when they became available again a couple months ago most the EUR territories took almost 2 weeks for them to appear again while the US store was updated on the day it was supposed to have been. same with this promo, there seems to be some issue between CCP and Sony Europe and their communication
