Would help MinScout, especially at lower levels. Can't think of anyone that it'd hurt. |

With that logic I guess you could just remove them..? Bolsh, he has user statistics, he knows. You're the exception, not the rule. When skilling up MinScout, I always ran a PG Upgrade on my M-1. Wasn't uncommon to do so on my M/1 as well. Had max core skills at the time. Here are the fits as I remember them:
MinScout Level 1-2 MinScout Level 3-4
* You don't see cloak b/c you can't fit it until MinScout Level 4-5.
If PG Upgrades were highs, my M-1 and M/1 would've had straight biotics in lows; preferably two reds, possibly one red / one green. If you're going to run damps on a MinScout, you'll generally need to run two; if your Minja is getting scanned and you don't have an Mk.0, you're better off switching out for a Cal or Gal Scout. |

The time spent changing that could be used to work on vehicles or balancing other things.
If it's easy to do, and it doesn't harm anything, then why not?
I'd recommend Minmatar to anyone who's interested in learning the Scoutly arts. If you haven't tried it, you should; knifing in a 300HP suit is a blast. Early career MinScouts would benefit enormously from this change. |

If something that's just as easy to change affects more people, I would rather they focus on that. If they can change it then great, but other things need sorting. Vehicle rebalance? Just as easy as this?
