no. no shotfuns. run knives, they deal way more damage and are may more fun. you need Knives and a BscP

Too many shields, not enough speed. The Br.ScP doesn't go hand in hand with a shotgun, either because they're both shield weapon, and it's not fast enough to cover the shotgun's weaknesses.
Not running knives throws half your SP away, too.
1 kincat and 2 Damps are okay, I guess depending on what you're going up against, but 2 kincats and 1 dampener would serve you better in pubs for the most part, in my opinion.
Flux nades on a shield suit are kind of bad. If you flux yourself, you, well... you're fluxed lol however, i don't think the other grenades would serve you much better unless it's a core locus or Thukker (situational).
Cloak is alright, I guess. ADV Cloak is best cloak. |

Why not just use the Gallente Scout??? You wasted 2.5 million SP if you aren't using your Minja with knives!

Why I consider this as an AFOD.
1. No nova knives fitted when the suit is specifically designed for it.
2. ADV cloak on a Proto suit. If you're going proto on the suit, you might as well go all the way with Ishukone cloaks.
3. Shotgun on a Minscout. Those shotguns are for the Galscouts, not Minscouts. Replace it with either a CR or SMG.
4. No sidearm damage mods. For god sake, you need to have at least one enhanced sidearm damage mod in there for the knives.
PS: Sorry for coming across as rather harsh. It's what happens when you play Dust and/or Eve Online for so long as you slowly become an a-hole just like the rest of us. I know I have.

At the very least, I'll give you props for fitting flux grenades. Those are perfect for the Minscout for several reasons.
Since Minscouts have limited health, you don't want to accidentally kill yourself with a grenade. A flux nade allows you to throw one down on your feet without killing yourself. They're perfect for avoiding accidental team killing in FW. And they're most effective in clearing objectives of any hidden remote explosives. You also get to carry two nades instead of one.
