have you ever tried to take out an armor suit with more then 500 hp with no damage mods? its quite the difficult task.....put the ScR clip size at 35 and change the damage profile to 15/15.....why do we need such an extreme damage profile when shields most of the time have low values? if no then reduce the fitting cost because it has less in the clip and less max ammo so logically its a weaker weapon from before

he is bringing up a valid point that with the scrambler rifle too many misses can end up with a gun overheat for 5 seconds making you unable to run jump or switch weapons. He is stating it by saying with a combat rifle if you have crap aim and run out of ammo in your clip you just switch to a sidearm and continue to dps.
