I don't have time to play Dust anymore and when I do, the matches I play are just so beyond god awful.
There's never any links.
No one stays on the objective at all.
All matchmaking seems to be now is who can bring the better Q-Sync in pubs and in FW.
I can't fly my ADS cause AV is never balanced.
I can only tank for a short time til I get ganged up on by a squad of AV.
It's just.... blah...

i had the opposite...me and radar played a skirmish where the top 6 people had 1200+ WP's and were using proto but not all in a squad. We won at the end by 2 MCC ticks
and i got a 405k ISK payout

squad up so that you don't get stuck in losing/ending matches less often, play ambush and domination only unless you and your squad can play skirm and hold down an objective each, dont trust blues to do the work do it yourself, play like a tactician or commander and try to use the blues as either meat shields or distractions
If you are playing solo then don't worry about winning just go for kills I mean you can try but its hard to win a whole game when your'e the only one doing anything, it helps to carry up-links as a solo player since you can place one down and due to the lack of up-links in pub matches you can get a fair amount of wp without doing much of anything
so either that or be like me and just try to have fun no matter how stupid things can get sometimes, because the rare times when everything is working as it should are worth it |

You could play GTA online. That's what I've been doing... I find it to be a lot more fun. Has rpg like mechanics combined with a reputation and monetary progression, with the added benefit of having far more to do then this game. Only real downside to me is that I have the ps3 version and therefor must play in 3rd person instead of first person. Also, fingers crossed, online heists should be coming soon which essentially means payday will be added to GTA lol. I find it has many of the aspects that drew me to this game, (Monetary and leveling system in a persistent online server) with the added benefit of being far more oriented towards letting people have fun as opposed to giving them bare minimum features (IE. you can create private lobbies or even solo lobbies in GTA online, if you don't feel like "dealing" with players that are higher level then you, where as in this game it's just HTFU games aren't meant to be fun mentality.)
But maybe, that's just me.
