Now some might defend this by saying ohh... well a combat rifle is armor based. Well.. thats not the case when i popped over 2 clips into the guy. I also forgot to mention he had a Op rail rifle, but thats a different topic thats up for discussion another time.
For 1 no light suit should have that much shield, EVER.
My solution would be to only give light suits a little shield and armor like 250/90 . After all the scouts role is not to tank, but too scout out the enemy.

613 shields? Not a scout buddy. That's probably why you couldn't kill him because you are blind. |
