I use the mk.0 scout ALOT, like a-lot
A 'true scout' is one that hides, so obviously a cloak field is a must. With my cores maxed;
1 Boundless CR
1 Ishokune NK's
1 Flux
1 ARN-18 cloak
1 Complex codebreaker
1 Complex kinetic catalyzer
1 Complex damp
3 Complex shields (or 2 complex, 1 enhanced. i can't remember. haven't changed it)

Highs- 3x Complex Shield extenders
Lows- 2x Profile Dampners, 1x Kincats
Sidearm- Ishukone nova knife
Equipment: Standard cloak- (No SP), Remote
Flux grenades
Weapons I use pretty well: Scrambler Rifle, Scrambler Pistol, Combat Rifle(Even though it works more as my sidearm after taking out shields with a flux)
Take off the remotes, you don't need it (people flux points, tanks drive off to quick to get blow up, knives OHK (1497 damage-2 charged swipes) Use a combat rifle, a longer-lasting cloak and a codebreaker. I fit 1 complex damp to get under ak.0 passive scans, 3 if a scan logi is out

lol, nothing wrong with using a cloak. We waited in anticipation for the thing for a long bloody time. You need a cloak because passive scans do not work E.G i have been snuck up on by caldari frontline suits 7 metres. the scout whining thread is that way -->

I've just kinda adapted to running amok in the mountains
it depends....you can't run amok in THE mountains e.g manus peak. Maps like that i will die more than often because i didn't use a cloak when traversing open spaces

stack 'em on a cal scout/gal scout. I almost lost 1v1 to a gallante scout that had 600+ armor. Ridiculous
