Why Faction Warfare battles begins so late for EU players. It is usually about 7pm-8pm UTC when FW battles shows up. Is it same for everyone (UE, US, ASIA)? Till i go sleep i got about 3-4 of playing FW only

Both, mainly PC.
Framerates seam to be only going down despite cutting infantry render distance of everything in half.
Don't think CCP realizes their issues are CPU bound. 
Dual tanking is for bad players.
Come play a better game.
