The reason I ask is a new business deal I've been considering - A corp can pay us to use our clones to attack with - then once it's taken we'll farm the district for exactly 50mil, then hand it to the newbie corp to purchase a clone pack to take a district, then we start farming it and let the corp take control from there. I thought it a good idea, a small corp who isn't sure if they can get 16 but know they eventually can can use us to make hype by taking a district. Big corps could lend money to smaller corps and charge interest (or not). The smaller corp could pay it back in installments or all at once. And of course if they don't pay then the district is taken back. At least this way, if there's any shadiness its on the part of the new guys. On any given night if i sent out a corp mail saying "Corp needs ISK so we can PC" i would have 100mil ISK in corp wallet by the end of the night. But i ran our corp i bit differently then some current directors and CEO's. none the less, the reason people might not have ISK to PC is because their corp members are not ready to make any sacrifices to get into PC.
