I'd love to hear of a more creative way for ToP to farm smaller corps for ISK.
Where's the extra 10 mil go anyway?
Also, what to stop yall from taking 50 mil from a small corp and sending 150 clones off a district?
I'd say not much...

We don't wanna give the newbies a bad taste in their mouths right away do we? .... praise him. It is very exploitable, but only by the 'Top' corp. We'll just have to trust the corp helping the small one. But it'll be trackable on wether or not the situation is being abused. But the issue of lack of ISK for the small guy has come up time and time again, any solution we could come up with would be a huge step forward in helping corps get into PC.
Big corps could lend money to smaller corps and charge interest (or not). The smaller corp could pay it back in installments or all at once. And of course if they don't pay then the district is taken back.
At least this way, if there's any shadiness its on the part of the new guys.
Not the big guys who are just trying to "help" PC.
