I believe that the version I left on was 1.9. Being that I was (and still technically am) a vet. dropship pilot I really only have 1 question: Do railgun tanks still 1-shot proto-fitted pythons & Incubus' from across the map & at height ceiling? |

No but you are easier to shoot down with swarms.

Its generally 2 shots, usually before you can react.
I wish railguns were long range again with slightly better tracking, RoF, and elevation, but much lower alpha damage. At least then it would be a bit more skill vs skill instead of, half shield, go to react, fire, boom.
