How many heavy replace there regular sidearm with a Black Eagle AR?
I personaly would use it if i had more on my scout sniper fits. 
Or if i had Gal Assault i would just carry two AR or PLC and AR.
How about you Amarr logis? Two primarys?
I could see not using it as consistent sidearm cause shield based weapon but for something different its fun.
I recreated the Black Eagle Scout fit with my Sever scout wiiiiiiith, shotgun, Black Eagle AR, COM shield, COM damp, 2COM kinetics,
REs for anyone it doesnt matter all my scout carry REs.

Probably just about everyone that has them. There's not much point in using a sidearm when you can have a light weapon available (Unless they're really bad light weapons) I know I would (If I hadn't been away for the past month) I just see no disadvantage in having an AR on top of a heavy weapon.

But that's gall stuff. How can we blame them.
