I can't help but feel at least a little disappointed every time I see one of the trailers for Dust, but it also brings hope that someday we may get the things the trailers portray. Maybe the game won't be Dust but Legion (or even something else) at that point, but I have hope that we will get the MMOFPS Sandbox (with a significant link to EVE Online) that was originally envisioned.
PSA: Tell players to terminate in order to access mCRUs.

You and every other bitter vet or any poor sod who comes across them. I really do feel sorry for the players who were around when all the hype was at it's maximum and stuff like that was believed possible.

I don't even know what DUST 514 is anymore.

When I downloaded Dust it was Free-to-Play, so I had to wait a year before I went to look up what Dust was/is meant to be--and subsequently be disappointed. I was probably spared most of the disappointment that most of the people who came to Dust for the vision that the Devs showed.

That was the first trailer I saw for Dust, one year after I started playing. It still makes me feel a little disappointed, but also a little optimistic for what the game can become eventually.

I watch 'The Prophecy' Trailer and get goosbumps lettign my imagination run wild at the possibility of all 3 games (EVE, Valyrie, DUST/Legion) coming together for corp/alliance wars, Mercs boarding stations/capital ships tio make it to the capsuleers pod bay/bridge in order to capture the ship/station and let your forces use its turrets/defenses while you have a huge space battle going off outside, visible through the windows of the ship/station you're fighting through, watching fighters weave in and out of the capital ships chasing enemy frigates, cruisers and interceptors all in one gorgeous fluid battle with no lag. then i remember this is CCP and we'll never see anything so amazing. hell EVE players are still waiting for walkign in stations, that was mentioned about 5-yrs ago

Also, goes to show how the game came out two years late and was meant to be cross platform. Don't delve too much into the past though.
Gives you an idea of why people thought warbarges were supposed to be capital ships.

One thing for sure is that were getting Warbarages so who knows. I still want to see the MCC area :D It looks sick from the trailer.
