Why not just purchase the Quafe scout BPO's bundle from the market, it comes with a standard Minmatar dropsuit. Unless they removed it already I haven't checked.

If you read the OP's first post you would have seen he stated he was looking for a BPO scout dropsuit.

Yes. It comes with four customizable BPO scout dropsuits:
'Quafe' Scout M-I
'Quafe' Scout G-I
'Quafe' Scout A-I
'Quafe' Scout C-I

If the cloak is the only non-BPO item you are running with the suit it should only cost a little more than 2k.
