I like my Minmatar the best, but Caldari and Gallente are good too.

I have 2 that I really enjoyed.
Gk.0 w/ AR and PLC. The amount of damage I can pull off with a single complex damage mod is glorious.
And the Minmatar with dual MDs. Ultimate area denial for infantry and it wrecks face. |

I have all. The best fro me are as follows:
1. Minimatar CR + MD or SL
2. Caldari RR+ARR
3. Galante BAR+SG 
I use Ammar occasionally because it's not worth.
QRT30 - all Caldari/Minimatar lvl 5, Gal all lvl.3 - core maxed
QRT300 - Amarr heavy/commando
