They still do. When you buy aurum, you get tokens for renewing. Then you can either sell or turn into aurum for your wallet.

Probably get around 100 Mil Dust ISK when it's all said and done.
It's ridiculous, the rates. My eve character only has 67mil isk, but at the rates to transfer to Dust, I'd get something like 2 mil.

I know right, I'd expect to have at least 3 bil even though I haven't played since Kronos. Oh that's right, I don't earn isk whilst not subbed. Actually, having just looked at the transfer rates, I'd get 5 mil. 10 x 2 = 5? Your logic is flawed.
