I have a feeling there are a lot of guys on the forums who have posted a lot of interesting and constructive methods and knowledge to try and help people out in DUST. It would be great if they somehow got their content put in the official manual.
And if they don't, then I'm putting together an unofficial one. |

Is this supposed to still showing as "closed beta". Tried to access it just now but I joined as part of the open beta (my Fanfest beta key seemed to have expired by the time I got around to trying to use it, and I can't find the one I got for my EVE accounts) just now.
Help is appreciated. |

excellent! i've been looking for a manual and got this! glad that it covered some of the specific details i was searching for. looking forward to the final and more comprehensive manual! then again, i'd probably be a vet as long as i keep playing. kudos! |

Page fourteen with the screenshot is totally messed..or Open Beta went ******-way, anyway:
Section A "Enemy Player Tag": it says that the enemy name is Red, Shield bar is blue and Health is Green. In Open Beta we have: Red name, Red Shield bar and Red Health bar...
Section B "Friendly Player Tag": it says that BlueBerries are in the player's squadron, pardon?
Section C "Battle Status Display - Objective Status Indication": Wrong colour used again - friendly objectives are Blue and not Green. Also remove double space after "by the opponent,".
Section F "Player Status Display": The description says that Shield and Armor hit points are displayed in percentagepoints (I suppose, you meant percentage_points?), while in Open Beta the HUD shows the actual hit points amount.
Also, terrain is missing on the minimap in the Open Beta. Section H "Points of Interest" is missing or I compeletely ignored it during the game sessions.
Above all of that there are no scopes for the ARs in Open Beta. But they are present on the Screenshot in the manual.

On page 7 of the new manual there is outdated information on choosing role: artificer, arbiter, enfircerer and sentinel. And there is also notice stating that choosing the role determines pretrained skills.
After Uprising there is no roles and no skills pretrained on new characters... You better erase this asap... |
